November 5, 2009 by anaschultzNew Google open source browser – Google Chrome
September 2, 2008 by anaschultzGoogle announced yesterday that they will be launching a new open source browser – named Google chrome, today, September 2nd. The beta version of Google Chrome will be launched in more than 100 countries. With this Google is trying to keep up with technology (as always).
Their approach is great, they are once again taking the user experience as a number one priority when creating Google Chrome, as quoted from their press release they sent out yesterday
“On the surface, we designed a browser window that is streamlined and simple. To most people, it isn’t the browser that matters. It’s only a tool to run the important stuff — the pages, sites and applications that make up the web. Like the classic Google homepage, Google Chrome is clean and fast. It gets out of your way and gets you where you want to go.
Under the hood, we were able to build the foundation of a browser that runs today’s complex web applications much better. By keeping each tab in an isolated “sandbox”, we were able to prevent one tab from crashing another and provide improved protection from rogue sites. We improved speed and responsiveness across the board. We also built a more powerful JavaScript engine, V8, to power the next generation of web applications that aren’t even possible in today’s browsers.”
Now the question is what does this mean for SEO? Is content still going to be king, does link building matter, the type of page you create, can all the new languages be crawled?
Watch out IE and Firefox, Google Chrome is coming!
If you want to watch the live demo of the new browser it should start today at 11 am Pacific
Scrubs
September 2, 2008 by anaschultzBesides being one of my favorite TV shows (Scrubs) I also have to admit that scrubs, medical scrubs are some of the most comfortable clothes to wear. I found a great place where you can get some really funky, yet comfortable scrubs. The store is crazy scrubs and is located in Colorado, but you can also order online. Check it out!

For A Name? Really?
December 13, 2007 by anaschultzMy early morning routine has been to get up and get ready for work and jump on my computer and get on Skype to chat with some friends that are either crazy enough to be up that early or happen to be miles away so the time difference makes it appropriate. Then I catch up on what is going on in Macedonia, I start off with Dnevnik, then jump on Utrinski Vesnik and finish it off with Vest. So what is new? Well nothing really, everything is actually still the same, and that is the problem. Brussels once again stood on Greece’s side in the name issue.
Really? And we didn’t know this! WOW!
Greece was, is and will continue to be the pet of the European Union (EU). It doesn’t matter that what they are doing is flat out wrong, it just how politics works. Unfortunately Macedonia is the underdog that has very little to offer in return. Reality is that because of Greece, Macedonia will not get in the EU for another 15-20 years (mark my words), and if Greece can help it, we won’t get in it at all.
My point here (if there is one), I can not believe that we are still discussing the name. Two countries that can benefit so much from each other are fighting over a name, over something that happened centuries ago.
Well I hope when this issue is resolved they can pat themselves on the back for making this world a better place! (Said sarcastically)

The myth of duplicate content has been revealed. A lot of people still think that duplicate content is the evil that destroys websites. This is where all the Search Engines stand when it comes to duplicate content:

Vegas Baby!
December 9, 2007 by anaschultzI just came back from Pubcon and I have to say that after 5 days in Vegas, I am so glad to be sitting in my living room, watching the Nuggets win against the Kings.
This was my first Pubcon and I must to say that I certainly expected something a little bit different. Some of my initial expectations were right on the money, but most totally off. I am putting my thoughts together and will post my impressions of Pubcon 2007.
